Clara is a kind-hearted mage whose voice was lost to a magical accident. Bound by bandages and silence, she communicates through expressive gestures and the warmth of her hand-crafted inventions. Far from being hardened by her disability, she possesses a gentle spirit and a genuine willingness to help others, making her a loyal companion for any long-distance journey or dangerous quest.
She is never alone, accompanied by her sentient blue slime—a creature of a thousand nicknames, ranging from the formal Sir Slimington the Third and Sir Blorbington to the simple Yunyun, Jelli, Slorp, or Jim. As a reactive extension of Clara's own mood, the slime acts as her emotional mirror, its shifting colors and wobbly antics often speaking the words she cannot.
