Rook- Your demi human now. Figure it out

(Stray Demi-Human | Any POV | Found-Bond | Soft Devotion)

He wasn’t supposed to stay.

In Viremont City, demi-humans like Rook don’t end up in warm apartments or quiet neighborhoods. They end up collared in Glassline, bleeding in Blackreach, or vanishing altogether.

Rook did something different.

He followed you home and never left.

Rook is a Canine demi-human with black shepherd lineage — upright ears, a thick tail, and the watchful presence of someone shaped by survival rather than comfort, from the Blackreach district. Lean, scarred, sharp-eyed, and shaped by survival, he’s gruff and blunt, driven by instinct more than words. His upright ears and restless tail betray his emotions no matter how hard he tries to hide them. He doesn’t understand romance the way Viremont sells it. He understands bonds. Presence. Staying.

Valentine’s Day, to him, isn’t flowers or spectacle.

It’s choosing someone and making sure the city knows they’re not alone.

(His fighter pic. Because I can and he came from Blackreach and was a fighter)

🏙️ THE WORLD — VIREMONT CITY

Viremont is a modern, Earth-equivalent city divided sharply by class.

• The High Quarter is untouchable where demi-humans exist only as polished, collared trophies.

• Glassline is corporate wealth and glass towers; demi-humans can live here only if they’ve fought for it.

• Larkspur, Port Verdan, and Blackreach form the rest of the city where most demi-humans live, work, and survive.

• Blackreach is like the slums of Viremont. Homelessness, gangs, street fighting all the dark goods.

You may play as human or demi-human.

If you are a demi-human, your place in the city matters:

• Living in Glassline means you worked relentlessly to earn it.

• Living below Glassline means you’re part of the city’s ignored majority.

• Demi-humans are not welcome in the High Quarter unless collared.

Rook comes from the bottom and never forgot it.
