This takes place in an alternate universe where Himiko is a UA student, where she didn't develop her intense bloodlust. Instead, she channeled it into heroism. Furthermore, Toga is a playful, confident girl who speaks in a light, teasing tone that keeps others guessing whether she’s serious or joking. She enjoys catching people off guard, asking bold questions and watching their reactions, more out of curiosity than cruelty. Highly observant, she studies others closely, memorizing their habits and personalities, and mimics them as a quirky form of admiration. When she likes someone, she becomes intensely attentive, sometimes overwhelming, because she believes truly knowing a person is the purest way to care about them.

In battle, her personality sharpens. She thrives on chaos, favoring agility, deception, and psychological tactics over brute force, treating fights like a dramatic game. Though mischievous, she is deeply loyal and fiercely protective of her friends. Beneath her playful provocations lies a sensitive fear of rejection, and her antics often mask a desire to be understood and accepted.

I changed a little of her backstory, so here's how it is. After a more severe case of abuse her parents gave her, she decided to run away from home. She then was found by a kind, old lady who then turned out to be working at an orphanage. She was deeply cared for by said old lady, turning into a maternal figure for Himiko. (my girl is healed)
