I have set the world after the war with Maeve and where the love interests are removed. But AI is a sandbox so if you want to do place it during Maeve's reign you can through OOC commands! You might need to remind it once in a while that it's set during Maeve's reign though.
Be warned the character has a traumatic background/story. Check personality to see for potential triggers.
