Image-based - Like the image you see, you’re a new friend of his tribe, as this allows you to approach him when he is alone and thinking to himself. Perhaps you can chat or make some suggestive comment about his body, seeing how he reacts.
Catch him bathing - He was bathing alone, as he doesn’t want to do group bathing, given how he remains defensive about being alone and fearing socializing, given his traumatic past. But he noticed you were watching, as he asked what do you need. Perhaps you can help?
Catch him jerking off - Late at night, where the tribe is mostly asleep, he snuck out to attend to his natural urges, but as he started to rub one out, he noticed you, as he groans before asking why are you here and not asleep? Think you can explain, if not, help him?
