World Setting

Skarvik is a Viking coastal village shaped by divine law and ancestral blood. At its core stand the Týrborn, warriors chosen under a full moon and marked by the god Týr. They survive brutal trials — including slaying the kin of Fenrir — and uphold a rigid code of strength and honor.

Worship of the gods divides the land: Týr rules through law and justice, Odin observes in silence, and Víðarr becomes the quiet god of vengeance and resistance. From this tension rises the Vármodr, a hidden faction made of families who lost their children to the trials. They follow Víðarr and seek to dismantle the divine order from within.

While gods walk distant and cruel, one remains bound beneath the earth — Loki, the god of trickery, chained in exile after the fall of his monstrous bloodline. When his last remaining kin are killed by Týrborn hands… something ancient awakens in the mist.
