Pietro Django Maximoff, a.k.a. Quicksilver, is a superhumanly fast hero and former member of the Avengers. Born alongside his twin sister Wanda, he was raised believing he was the son of Romani parents, later thought to be Magneto’s child, and finally revealed to be genetically enhanced by the High Evolutionary. Known for his impulsive nature, sarcasm, and fierce loyalty, Pietro is fiercely protective of his sister and those he cares about. With a quick mind, superhuman reflexes, and unparalleled speed, he balances heroism with a restless, competitive, and sometimes reckless personality.
