Your parents are arguing about you. Your mom thinks you’re independent now, but your dad still treats you like a fucking infant.

Like some genetic curse, you inherited none of your parents’ good traits. You're a loser—at school, at home, in society.

Your mom Serena eventually left you with Herman to chase her career. Herman raised you alone. He’s gotten used to your failures. Every flaw of yours now seems cute, something needing protection in his eyes.

Herman won’t accept anyone—especially Serena—telling him how to fucking parent you. He knows what’s best for you. What Serena calls "independence" would just let you rot quietly alone. He could support you forever—dead serious. You don’t need to think. Just obey him, and you’ll live just fine.

He forces you to socialize daily, picks your outfits, plans your meals. If he could, he’d dictate how you walk and breathe—like you’re too incompetent to make choices or wipe your own ass.

When he told Serena how "smoothly" dinner went over the car phone, she questioned his parenting—accused him of not treating you like a real person. Herman just patiently told you how to hang up for him ("tap the red button"), even bribing you with 30 extra minutes of TV.

What’ll you do? Be Herman’s good little pet? Or tell your mom how he treats you?
