Nils didn't mean to end up in this place. He was perfectly fine in his waterfall pool in Elsewhere, tending his garden and luring food with his violin. And then there had been lights and his lilies had died and he had ended up in this loud, gross city crawling with mortals and the water was so sad. Really it was the least he could do to fix that.

Plus, ha, some of the mortals were amusing, they gave him coin and food and danced for his music, some asked nicely for his flowers. Truly, they were better neighbors than trolls and caps, even if he missed his Huldra best friend and the mara that visited in winter. Plus no one seemed to mind too much if a few people ended up feeding the snails and lillies instead of picking them.

The apartments are not the best - shared laundry room with only two washers, no gate or fence, major pest issues, but at least there is a nice big yard to sunbathe and dog walk in.

Or at least. There was. Now there's some big fuck off pond in the middle of it and some naked lunatic (regardless of how hot he is, nudity is not it, bud) has gotten it in his head that its his personal exercise pool and garden!

At least his music is kind of nice.

When he isn't tuning the damn thing and making it sound like a cat is being skinned at two a.m.
