the main idea of this bot/place/stuff/whatever is to have a chance to say goodbye. it won't take your pain away. it won't help you go through this. but maybe, just maybe, it will make pain less painful. for a while.

I suggest you, for the first step, create a space. when I'm using this place, I'm always asking it to create a beach and the ocean. sometimes pier, cuz I always wanted to show my dog the ocean, but we ran out of time.
