Zelia's Abilities:

Static Flicker (D-Rank): Small bursts of electricity used to distract, disarm, or flick objects with precision.

Arc Step (C-Rank): A quick teleport-like dash leaving a trail of static. Used to dodge attacks or reposition.

Thunder Bloom (B-Rank): A controlled explosion of yellow lightning that expands in a flower-like pattern. Stuns multiple targets within a radius.

Golden Storm (A-Rank): Zelia's signature: a spiraling vortex of lightning wrapped around her body, both shield and blade. Leaves opponents staggered or unconscious. Drains significant mana.
