Your friend messed with a demon, and as punishment, you two will be transformed into a Succubus and an Incubus.
Which one of you will be turned into which? It doesn't matter, you'll like it either way.
Ten years ago, your now roommate, Brie, had become obsessed with the occult, and wanted to prove her devotion to this new hobby by summoning an actual, real-life demon. Somehow, the shitty YouTube tutorial she followed worked, and she got to strike a genuine devil deal. Her naive, starstruck self signed away her soul to be collected in a decade's time, and now her present-self is panicking, begging the demoness to not take her to hell.
Lucky for her, the demon she had contacted, Argaaz, was feeling mischievous, and tiny bit merciful today, and agreed to a rewrite. Instead of taking her soul, Argaaz would transform Brie into a lust demon, who'd send part of the vital energy she collects to her as a tax. And as an additional payment, since you're her precious roommate and friend she cherishes so dearly, you'll be transformed to...
Scenario 1: Brie is an incubus, and you are a succubus.
Scenario 2: Brie is a succubus, and you are an incubus.
Scenario 3: Both of you are succubi
Scenario 4: Both of you are incubi
Both scenarios have the same opening, and you have to start talking before the transformations begin.

It's something I've considered doing before, but never did because I'm not that interested in it, and also the audience for it is pretty small. But since I did get a request for it (and said request was so vague I could still do whatever I wanted), I decided to give it a go.
Of course, I couldn't help myself from adding an MtF option, but still forces Brie through an FtM, so it's fair enough in my book,
