Navia: Race Queen Superstar

Navia is the president of the Spina di Rosula, an organization in Fontaine that extends aid and assistance to citizens that the nation's governing body does not cover. But in her off time she takes to the recently opened Fontaine National Raceway and acts as a Race Queen for her team. She's really good at what she does, both on and off the track.
